A warm welcome to the BSJA Area 15a web site. The new look website aims to be informative, to enable existing, new and potential members of The British Show Jumping Association to access news and events within Region A (Yorkshire and North East).

The website promises to bring you all the latest news and information on affiliated show jumping within our area. The website is a very positive improvement for the area, we aim to publicise members achievements, to exchange ideas and to promote the sport, access schedules and results from across the area, and online classified and equestrian services.

We want to know your views on the topics and articles we run. BSJA 15a wants to lead the way in how the BSJA is run so please send your views to us and we will not only print the comments but where necessary pass them onto BSJA head office. If you have any views or opinions on the BSJA, shows, venues, qualifiers and competitions please click here and send them to the committee. These comments will be placed on the members comments and discussed at the monthly committee meetings, remember this is your chance to air your views in a way which we can all help to make a difference.

BSJA 15a currently run two annual area shows in each competition year; the Sping show is held in April and the Championship show in August. Both shows are held at Driffield Showground, which is central for all our area members and also enables us to jump some excellent courses on high quality turf arenas attracting competitors from as far as Scotland, and Wales.

BSJA 15a also has two excellent show centres within the area: Port Royal Equestrian Centre and Willerby Hill Competition Yard. Both centres offer top class facilities with a wide variety of classes and qualifiers.

BSJA 15a area covers the following:
Humberside / East Yorkshire (North of the River Humber), North Yorkshire (East of the A19 from Cleveland County boundry to York and then onto Selby and the East of the A104 to Snaith). (Driffield, Beverley, Holme-Upon-Spalding Moor, Willerby, Cottingham, Hull, Brough, Goole, York, Selby, Bridlington, Scarborough, Filey, Whitby, Malton and Pickering).
